Service Description
2x per week group Mobility Training from 6-7pm. Focus includes improvements in the following areas: - Mobility - Pitching Mechanics - Body Control Awareness - Working in a competitive, "sink or swim" team/group environment with like-minded individuals - At home work when not in for 2 days of the week (Dropbox Folder) - Develop a warmup routine that works well for individual student-athlete for the offseason and beyond

Cancellation Policy
1. After booking/scheduling a session, if cancelling the session it needs to be no more than 24 hours prior to the session 2. If your son is HS or older, Trotta Pitching communicates with the student-athlete directly, not the parents unless if it is for the following: - payment questions - cancellations/potential rescheduling - College placement aid This isn't to be mean; this is to hold the student-athletes self-accountable for what they want in life specifically in their training. We aren't training mom/dad here
